GoCar - Hourly or daily car & van hire

"Help desk is useless.. Been trying to reach them since Friday.. Today is Sunday I'm always put on hold for at least 20min. This is a nice service that gives people other opportunities, if it works. Had a booking, previous person decided not to deliver car on time, tried to contact help desk several times (not just today) and never had a reply. Started using yuko instead and works wonders.. And more importantly, customer care is there for you. Thanks for nothing."

"Bad technology (the gps rarely works as it should, wrong estimations of gas, etc), bad cars (one stopped working halfway) and terrible customer service (one hour to talk to anyone on the phone, no responses via email and a lot of promises of actions and refunds that never happen). You are better off with their competitors"

"Not only the service is bad, the app is useless. A few nights back I wanted to drop the car and it did not lock.I waited in the cold for 30 minutes trying to figure it out. I was then questioned by passing Guards as they thought I was breaking into,they asked my details, identifications to prove my identity. It was so humiliating. When I rang, they said oh sorry for that, it happenes and we will give you €10 credit so it meant just shut it and move on. Never again!"

"Been using the service for a few years without much trouble, but have started encountering an increasing number of problems recently. Common issues: 1) Car not locking through the app (endless loading screen) 2) Car not unlocking if rebooking the same car after just finishing a trip (couldn't retrieve my items and they got stolen by next morning) 3) Failed payments 4) Failed authentication of extra cards 6) Cars shown as parked far away when I'm next to them 7+) etc. but limited to 500 char."

"Been waiting for 2 weeks already for account activation. Customer support by email/Zendesk is inexistent and over the phone they're useless. Stupid policies. I can't understand how you can have a business."
