"Not only the service is bad, the app is useless. A few nights back I wanted to drop the car and it did not lock.I waited in the cold for 30 minutes trying to figure it out. I was then questioned by passing Guards as they thought I was breaking into,they asked my details, identifications to prove my identity. It was so humiliating. When I rang, they said oh sorry for that, it happenes and we will give you €10 credit so it meant just shut it and move on. Never again!"

Common issues: 1) Car not locking through the app (endless loading screen) 2) Car not unlocking if rebooking the same car after just finishing a trip (couldn't retrieve my items and they got stolen by next morning) 3) Failed payments 4) Failed authentication of extra cards 6) Cars shown as parked far away when I'm next to them 7+) etc. but limited to 500 char."
